Position Description
ABC Hardware & Rental PART TIME ACCOUNTING CLERK

ABC Hardware & Rental is seeking a part time Office Admin and Bookkeeper to join an excellent, growing Buffalo based company. This position will be involved in payroll, daily reconciliations, sales tax preparation, data entry and retail accounting. This position is on a part time basis up to 30 hours a week with some flexibility on the scheduling.

Duties Include:
Daily reconciliation of high volume credit card transactions: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover
Helping with the administrative parts of the Accounting Office
Daily reconciliation of business from retail stores
Accounts Payable/Receivable

CORE COMPETENCIES OF THE ROLE:
Credit card reconciliation experience
Cash reconciliation experience
Cash application experience
Strong Quickbooks Skills (Quickbooks online experience is a plus)
Excel skills
Must be comfortable working online and willing to learn how to access and navigate all online selling channels to pull statements and reports
