eCommerce Selling Channel Manager
Location: Buffalo, NY

Position Description is a fast growing manufacturer and distributor of commercial grade event and party rental equipment: tents, bounce houses, tables, chairs and more. Our products are primarily distributed through online selling channels. is seeking an Online Selling Channel Manager to manage one of our many channel opportunities. We are willing to train the right candidate. The right candidate will be experienced with technology and will have a passion for working online. They must be willing train and learn the skills necessary to successfully grow and online selling channel. This is a highly detail oriented position so the ideal candidate will pride themselves in accuracy.

· Drive eCommerce sales and margin through marketing initiatives; oversee e-commerce presence on your selling channel
· Drive qualified traffic to the online store by managing and continuously optimizing performance driven marketing channels (Paid Search, SEO, Retargeting, Email and Affiliate Marketing)
· Develop keyword campaigns and Google Shopping feeds to drive online sales
· Formulate content plans that drives brand awareness, new customer acquisition and retention
· Develop strategies to maximize site traffic, conversion, and revenue
· Analyze website and campaign performance by conducting site analysis, performing competitive intelligence and providing metrics reporting and analysis
· Drive growth by identifying new product opportunities and revenue streams; research and analyze for feasibility and business impact; lead implementation of those ideas into products
· Manage new product development and roadmap from strategic planning to implementation by working with cross-functional teams that include Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Strategic Sourcing

· Experience in Marketing, Online Marketing or equivalent
· Experience in Internet-related Product Management preferably with consumer-facing, eCommerce sites
· Proven success exceeding eCommerce revenue growth objectives
· Experience interpreting Web analytics and making informed decisions
· Proven track record of increasing revenue and profit within a retail direct marketing environment
· Understanding of best practices in online marketing including email, paid search, SEO, social, mobile, affiliate marketing
· Passion for the customer and strong drive for results
