At, our Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing professional and unsurpassed customer service to each of our customers. The CSR is the first point of contact for our customers, and in this role, the CSR will provide relevant information about TentandTable and products, respond to all customer inquiries, and provide a friendly and encouraging customer experience.

Our most successful seasonal CSR’s are self-motivated individuals with upbeat, outgoing personalities, and excellent communications skills. They enjoy fast-paced environments, are incredible at multi-tasking, and offer friendly and encouraging service to all that reach out to our company.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Must have great written and verbal communication skills along with an upbeat, positive personality. We can help you learn the rest!

Welcome Calls
Greet each customer that calls with courtesy and professionalism
Answer questions immediately when possible
Assign customer to sales representatives using the Customer Service Chart

Online Checkout
Provide an efficient and friendly checkout experience for customers
Answer questions about shipping and tracking

Experience with Google Docs and Sheets
Experience with Excel
Experience with and CRM Software (Customer Relationship Manager)
Social media experience (use and knowledge of any social media platforms)
Online shopping experience
Selling anything online (eBay, Amazon, Offer Up , Let it Go etc..)
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow-up with customers regarding special orders, out of stock items, and their order experience
Assist in maintaining accurate information on all selling channels

Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, and stand
